Course Overview
The Diploma in Real Estate Management programme equips students with essential knowledge and skills in the real estate field. This programme integrates theory-based classroom teaching as well as field-based practice by training the students in a multitude of subjects that will help them to engage in property management, property valuation, property development and estate agency practices. In addition, students will be exposed to the basics of business management, economic, accounting and other-related subjects.
