After relinquishing the Vice-Chancellor role in 2010, Dato' Peter focused on the growth strategy of UCSI brand. Associate Professor Dr Mabel Tan Hwee Joo has been involved in the private higher education industry for over 20 years. She is passionate about education and loves seeing young people under her care reach their fullest potential. Dr Mabel is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of UCSI College. She obtained her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, her Master of Science in Biochemistry and a First Class Honours in her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. She is actively involved in the seven-system leadership study (7SLS) research cluster at the Institute of Educational Leadership, University of Malaya. As an EcoDiver, she also volunteers actively with Reef Check Malaysia.

Associate Professor Dr Chong Aik Lee is fellow member of CPA Australia, Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. He began his career as an Auditor before establishing his own accounting firm. Dr. Chong has more than 20 years of experience in both industry and higher education. He was one of the main contributors formulating national Strategic University-Industry policy and recipient of the prestigious Australia Endeavour Executive Fellowship Award hosted by the University of Melbourne. Besides that, Dr Chong is actively involved in various industrial and governmental research grants. He is also an author and contributes in community services locally and internationally in various capacities. Dr Chong obtained his PhD in Accounting, Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. He is passionate in nurturing and transforming young adult through strategic academic education. Above all, Dr Chong believes everyone is born with a purpose in life.
